Tuesday, August 22, 2006 ![]() the famous long-queue cuttlefish kangkong at Bedok South! parents decided to go there to try it 1 evening and see wat the hype is all about. true to it, there was already a long queue there although we reached ard 5+! had to queue for ard 45mins before we managed to get our share. it comes in either $3/4 portions and optional beehoon if u want. the cuttlefish is very fresh and springy without being too hard, and the kang kong is crunchy without being overcooked. the sauce is also very sufficient, but it tastes a little too much like the yong tau foo sauce with peanuts? but overall, not bad, worth a short queue if u like this dish. definitely should not clash with the makan times! Blk 16 Bedok South Ave 2 (juz opp TJC) i forgot the stall name, but if u see the queue and the stall selling only dis dish, dats it. Rating: 3.5/5 |
