Sunday, February 26, 2006  waffles from Max Brenners...located in Esplanade Mall B1 (i think)....2 pieces of freshly baked waffles drizzled with chocolate sauce, served with a tangy apple sauce, bananas, a huge dollop of whipped cream and additional helping of chocolate sauce in the mini-jug! not bad at all! the waffles were ok....doesnt taste home-made (probably frozen imported ones), but freshly made before serving....the sauce was tangy and sour, goes quite well with the waffles if you find the choc sauce too sweet....but the whipped cream was kinda redundant for weight-watchers like me...*grinz* Price: $10-12 (could'nt really remember) Rating: 3.5/5 |
